After the birth of a child, it is important for mothers to have a secure support system available to her.  Many years ago, new mother could depend on the female family members for relief.  Today, many are no longer living in close proximity to family members; therefore, many mothers are choosing the services of a postpartum doula as an alterative.  Postpartum doulas provide emotional, physical, informational support to new mothers and their families.

abc doulas promise to new mothers is to help lay strong foundations and build confidence that will endure throughout the developmental years of their newborn.  The doula is there to assist rather than interfere in the bonding process of the family. Our service promotes quality time that produces a wholesome, healthy, and happy environment for the entire family.
