Strong Foundation

Mary has been home two weeks with her twins.  She doesn't have local family to help. The long nights have started to exhaust her and her husband.  She realizes that in order to lay a Strong Foundation she needs to take care of her emotional and physical needs.  abc doulas was just what she was looking for.

Strong Foundation is the perfect package for multiple births, new mothers, mother's with children that have special needs, and mothers with other young children. It includes 100 hours to be used over a 60 day period with a minimum of 4 hours per day or 10 hours overnight.

Joy Full

Cynthia's Joy Full arrival came just before her 45th birthday.   She knew that she would need help from     abc doulas with her bundle of joy while she showered, napped, and maintained good eating habits. 

Joy Full is perfect for moms who need extra help with a new born, multiples, and siblings.  Joy Full is 40 hours to be used over a 30 day period with a minimum of 4 hours per day or 10 hours over night.

Comfort and Joy

This was Sara's 2nd bundle of joy.  She experienced post postpartum depression with her first child.  This time she wanted to be sure she had the Comfort and Joy when she arrived home. For a about two days a week  she had an informed and compassionate abc doula come in so that she could recharge.  

Comfort and Joy is great for experienced moms who may need a little encouragement.  It includes 32 hours to be used over a 30 day period with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

All Pamper

Alexis was unexpectedly put on bed rest the last few months of her pregnancy.  She had planned to use that time to get organized and prepare the babies room.  Alexis felt All Pampered when her abc doula assisted with the baby's room and other house hold duties.

All pamper is great for moms who need occasional assistance and desire a professional.  It includes 25 hours to be used over a 30 day period with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

A Little R&R

This was Karen's fourth child she was certain it would be her last.  She wanted her and her family to enjoy this special time with out the distractions of their normal responsibilities.  She needed A Little R and R from a    abc doula to give them a few special moments of family time.  

A Little R and R is perfect for moms who have had a cesarean or need a few extra days to recuperate.  A little R and R includes 16 hours to be used over a 30 day period with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

How Sweet It Is

Margie was exhausted.  Her husband had to go out of town for a few days and her mother was not able to come.   How Sweet It Is, she thought, as she snuggled in her bed as her abc doula attended to the baby.  

How Sweet It Is is perfect for moms who need limited overnight  help.  It includes a one time visit of 10 hours overnight.

Easy as 1, 2, 3

This was Emily's first child.  She had so many questions especially about breastfeeding.  It was as  Easy as 1, 2, 3  to get the knowledgeable and patient help that she needed from abc doulas.   

Easy as 1, 2, 3,  includes 3 hours for 3 days.  It is perfect for moms who just need a little confidence in their own abilities.

A Good Start

Ellen wanted to be there as soon as her daughter, Tara gave birth but couldn't arrive until a few days after the birth.  Ellen made sure that Tara got off to A Good Start with an abc doula to assist Tara when she got home.
